Actually, with how he did it the same way each time and he already had marks on his face from doing it before it looks like similiar stuff, yet more messy, that I would do as a kid due to eigther some of the issues I had or the medications I was on. Things like feeling the intense need to move your pupils in an exact pattern or repeat something in the exact order.
