I was trying to decide on this as well, found out Haden was out and it would be a good match up, but Oakland has always been a run heavy team. Nelson will be the Bills #2 since Jones is out for a month and he is going up against a NY D that gave up 30 points to the seahawks. Nelson will be split out and will also play slot. Probably be a last minute decision between the 2.

I personally like David Nelson in your position. A lot. I even think Roosevelt is going to have a good game. Buffalo's offense is just on point, and in the same way you're going with Jordy Nelson (not because he's amazing or the #1), but because he is part of a successful offensive system/scheme that puts up numbers every single week.

Edit to add: Heyward-Bey, if you excuse his game against a TERRIBLE NE defense, has one good game this year, against the Texans. As a Texans fan, we gave Teebow 2 TD and a game winning drive in the 4th quarter last year. Obviously our defense in Houston is much better under Wade, but Darrius's points were off big plays which the Texans always give up. I watched the whole game, and I can assure you Heyward-Bey didn't look as good as his stat-line did. The Texans crumble. Put your money on the offense that continues to produce!

thanks for the info, if Darrius continues to be consistent, i'll start considering him as a WR3 option

Indeed. Good luck this week!

That Giants D does that every once in awhile. It generally doesn't happen in back to back weeks.

I also have the option to pick up Graham, but went with Torain. Just a gut feeling.

Facing Samuel and Asomugha, plus he didn't do very well against them last year.

First off, I just came here to say I love your user name. I would most likely put in DHB as well but I have this underlying feeling Nelson is going to get a TD this week for some reason. Sorry I wasn't more help. I, mainly, just came here to say I like your user name.

lol thank you, i was thinking the same, when oakland get into the redzone they will try to run the ball in, whereas the bills are more pass happy due to all of their weapons and Nelson is the biggest target for them in the redzone, plus Fitzpatrick is continually looking for him when he has the chance.

As a Giants fan, I can basically guarantee that David Nelson will score a TD. Nelson will probably see a lot of coverage from Aaron Ross, who is barely starting material. Also, look at what Baldwin (Seahawks) did to the G-men. I think it will be a similar situation.

yea, i was pretty surprised by what the seahawks did @NY, i can see another high scoring game, but the Bills do tend to start out slower on the road than at home

The only thing I would do is switch Hayward-Bay for Nelson

As a Mike Williams (TB) owner, I approve of your benching him.

I'd do the same had I a decent back-up.

I just straight up dropped him this week. God, it was liberating.
