Well, I've rebuilt my ninja from the frame up so I can give a bit of insight. The front cowling is only fiberglass and is extremely light. The gas tank is steel, only about an inch thick and just looks heavier than it is. And the seat is just leather and foam with a thin steal bar going through it.

So all in all, it looks heavy but really isn't.

99.9999% of bicycle have only one crank, and I doubt you can tell from this bad of a picture if there is a freewheel. The bike is running at least one brake though.
