I'd say I enjoy approximately 57% of reposts, when they are appropriately timed so that I have either never seen them before or have completely forgot about them.

Saying a repost is bad is akin to (though not to the same extreme as) saying a joke is no longer funny because someone somewhere told it to somebody once.
